Earnings Disclaimer for Phone Him Now

By using Phone Him Now ("Website") as an operator, you agree to the following Earnings Disclaimer. Please read carefully, as it outlines how you will earn compensation, the payment methods available, and the terms regarding your earnings.

1. How Earnings are Calculated

As an operator on Phone Him Now, you will earn $0.65 per minute for each minute you are connected to a customer on a phone call or web chat.

  • Phone Calls and Web Chats: You are paid based on the actual time spent on a phone call or web chat with a customer. You will not earn for any messaging, offline activity, or time spent outside of live interactions.
  • No Payment for Messaging: Payments are strictly for time spent on the phone or in web chat. You will not earn compensation for messaging conversations or any form of offline communication.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Monthly Payments: Earnings are calculated on a monthly basis and will be paid at the end of each month for the previous month's earnings. For example, earnings for January will be paid at the end of February.
  • Payment Method: Operators must choose one of the following payment methods for their monthly payout:
    • Zelle
    • Cash App
    • Check by Mail
    Payments will be processed only to the payment method you have selected. Make sure to provide accurate details for your chosen payment method to ensure smooth and timely payment.

3. Payment Process

  • Earnings will be calculated based on the total minutes you have been connected to customers during the previous month.
  • Operators will receive their payment at the end of each month via the chosen payment method. Phone Him Now is not responsible for any delays in payment due to incorrect information provided by the operator or issues with the chosen payment method.

4. Taxes and Deductions

  • Operators are responsible for their own taxes. Phone Him Now does not withhold any taxes from your earnings. You should consult a tax professional to ensure that you comply with any tax obligations that may apply to your income.
  • Any required tax information (such as a W-9 form for U.S. operators) must be submitted to Phone Him Now before payment can be processed.

5. No Guarantees

While Phone Him Now strives to connect operators with customers, there are no guarantees regarding the volume of calls, chats, or earnings. Your income will depend on the number of customers you connect with during the month.

6. Account Accuracy

Operators must ensure that all information provided, including payment details, is correct and up to date. Phone Him Now is not responsible for any payment delays caused by incorrect or outdated information.

7. Changes to Earnings or Payment Methods

Phone Him Now reserves the right to adjust the compensation structure, payment methods, or other aspects of the earnings process at any time. Any changes will be communicated to operators in advance.
